◉ To run backups of your websites and databases on your StackPanel server, log in to your server via cp.intekhost.net
◉ After successfully logging in, scroll down to the Web Files tab and click on the Backup/Restore icon as shown below:
◉ Once the new page opens, you should see 2 tabs to Create Backup and the other one to Restore.
◉ Use the Create Backup tab to create a backup of all your web files and databases by checking the boxes as shown in the image below:
◉ You can download any completed backups to your computer. Please note that backups older than 12 hours are automatically removed.
◉ On the Restore tab, you can use this to restore a previously downloaded backup. Note that this feature will only work with backups taken via our Stack control panel.
◉ Select the Restore Type
– Delete all files and restore the zip file: This will delete all the files and restore only your uploaded zip files.
– Recreate missing files only: This will restore the files which are missing from the server.
– Uncompress all files into a temporary directory: This will unzip all the files into a temporary folder on the server.
◉ Databases
– Restore Databases: This will restore the database file back to the server.
