CDN

The most common cause of this issue is Caching. By default, we enable our Edge Caching on all hosting accounts we offer so as to speed up your website loading times from every location across the globe. This way, your website is almost never slow in loading pages, no matter the size of it.

Therefore in order to view instant updates or changes made on your website, we recommend that you temporarily disable your Edge Caching for your account, and then re-enable it when you are done with all updates. To disable and enable, kindly use these steps;

  • Log in to Intek Hosting Control Panel
  • Choose the domain you want to manage (if you have many domains listed).
  • On the next page, kindly click on Edge Caching located on the CDN Tab (usually the first tab on the panel)
    Edge Caching
  • From here, enable the Development Mode option. This will temporarily disable all caching to allow you to complete development tasks on your website without worrying about cached data. Caching is then automatically re-enabled after a period of 3 hours.
