On-Demand Renewals is a new feature that has been added to your Client Area to enable you to renew your Cloud Hosting services earlier before it is due. Thus, with this new feature, you can generate an invoice for your hosting service even before the billing is due. This will make it more easier and convenient to keep all your Cloud Hosting services running for a longer time.
The steps below will guide you on how to renew your Hosting Service;
◉ Log into your Intek Host Client Area. Click on Services (or My Services), as seen in the image below;
◉ From the list of hosting services you have with us, click on Active (usually the green button on the right side) as seen in the image below;
◉ Now a new page will be opened with details about that particular service. Click on Renew Service (usually a blue button) as seen in the image below;
◉ You will be presented with a new page as seen in the image below;
Click on Arrow 1 to add the renewal amount to your cart on the right side. You can also click on Arrow 2 to view a list of all the services you wish to renew. Next, click on Arrow 3 to view your cart.
◉ Next, after viewing your cart, you can proceed to the Checkout Page to make payment. From here, a new invoice will be generated and sent to your mail.
